Practical AI,
built into the work &
habits of your team.

Jeff Borenstein is a private AI advisor for professionals, small teams, and health & wellness operators. The work is not a tool list, it is hands-on practice, judgment, and the workflows that hold up on a normal Monday.

Premise · 01

Most organizations don't need more AI news. They need reps, guided practice on real work, judgment in the room, and workflows that survive past the demo.

02 / Practice Three modes of work, calibrated to where adoption actually stalls.

Where I do the work, with you.

i.Individuals

Private AI coaching for senior professionals.

Translate vague pressure into a clear training plan based on your real work, tools, and goals. Build the judgment to use AI well and the discretion to know when not to.

ii.Consultants & founders

AI as a junior associate, on your terms.

Content, client delivery, sales follow-up, knowledge capture. We build the prompts, templates, and rhythms that turn an LLM into reliable, branded leverage.

iii.Small teams & operators

Shared adoption, with the trust intact.

Operating norms, safety rules, role-specific workflows, and a weekly cadence so the whole team — not just the early adopters — gets useful work out of the tools.

03 / Engagement One fixed pilot. One bespoke path. Both built on real work.

Two ways to begin.

04 / Who this serves Selectively, by fit. Not by funnel.

For operators who want leverage, not lectures.

i.

The professional

Writing, research, planning, meeting prep, and decision support with the confidence to use AI in front of clients and colleagues.

ii.

The consultant

A reliable AI assistant for content, sales follow-up, offers, client delivery, and the knowledge capture solo operators usually skip.

iii.

The small team

Turn existing AI licenses into actual workflows for operations, marketing, customer communication, and internal knowledge.

iv.

The health operator

For medical and veterinary clinics, studios, spas, and coaches  AI that protects trust, supports staff, and keeps sensitive decisions human-in-the-loop.

05 / Method Four phases. Same as personal training; the metaphor is intentional.

How adoption actually takes hold.

Phase 01Week 00

Assess.

Find your current AI fitness, tool stack, repeated work, confidence gaps, and risk constraints.

Phase 02Weeks 01 — 02

Train.

Guided reps on the work you'd be doing anyway: drafts, summaries, plans, research, prep, analysis, follow-up.

Phase 03Weeks 02 — 03

Check form.

Improve how you ask, evaluate, verify, protect privacy and decide when AI should not be used at all.

Phase 04Week 04

Integrate.

Turn the best reps into templates, workflows, automations, team norms, and a repeatable weekly rhythm.

06 / About Jeff

Practical AI help, without the hype.

I help people and owner-led businesses adopt AI through the part most trainings skip: behavior change. Picking tools is the easy half. The harder half is building confidence, judgment, and workflows that hold up on a normal Monday.

One differentiator is sector focus. Health and wellness operators need AI that protects trust, supports staff, improves education and follow-up, and keeps sensitive human decisions human-in-the-loop. The same discipline serves any professional services firm that runs on judgment and relationships.

My role is part coach, part translator, part accountability partner. We start with your real work, find useful entry points, practice together, and build systems you can keep using after the engagement closes.
